Unfortunately, I really am going to have to learn how to do api calls, because the goodreads widget never updates TT.TT
I think I'm going to try using hardcover. I know I'm late to the leaving goodreads train, but let's face it. Amazon is very good at the taking over the world business. I've already been able to import my goodreads library to a Hardcover account, but I wasn't sure how to turn my currently reading into a widget until I found out someone's already done it on github. That will maybe be a project very soon.
I am aware that this comes off like a lot, but I cannot read just one book at a time. If I read a chapter of the book in the month, it will show up here!
this one is actually hilarious. It's from like 2003 but reads soooo much older. I'll probably dnf this one though
I've been waiting for this one for a while, but so far it's not as groundbreaking as I expected and I'm hearing a lot of it through my socials. I almost feel like it's immediately becoming part of the culture. It's kind of odd. Like the phrase "move fast and break things" I wonder if that's just confirmation bias or whatever.
